You can contact us within 2 hours after your order is placed to modify or cancel. After that, it is considered "in production" and any custom items will be printed as ordered.

Absolutely. We have a strict minimum order of 1. WE ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT SELL LESS THAN A WHOLE ITEM.

For those not picking up what we're layin' down... no, there is no minimum order.

Due to the current cost of Eco Friendly options, we do not keep a full stock of colors and sizes at this time. We are more than happy to special order a specific color or size for you, if you would prefer that option. However that will likely add 3 days to the processing time, as we would have to wait to receive it from our supplier. Currently our processing times are as follows:

T-shirts: 5-7 days for custom designs

               3-5 days for pre-made designs (designs we have already made and listed on our site, or designs you send us that are done and don't need any editing) 

3D prints: 5 -9 days (depending on size and detail. You will be aware of estimated time before ordering)
Engraving: 5-9 days (again, depending on size and detail. You will be aware of estimated time before ordering)
Mugs: 3-5 days
Decals: 3-5 days
Totes: 3-5 days

Puzzles: 3-5 days

While we strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, please bear in mind that the artisanal process may take a little more time than mass-produced items. We believe that the extra time invested in creating your custom piece is well worth the wait, and we are confident that you will be delighted with the final result.

ALSO KEEP IN MIND THAT PROCESSING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME! PROCESSING IS THE TIME IT TAKES US TO CREATE YOUR PRODUCTS. INCLUDING DESIGN AND PRODUCTION. SHIPPING TIME IS SEPARATE!
